Radka Stamenova is the president of Bulgarian Property Investments Ltd. She is also the president of Meridian 22 Ltd., a well-established company that has built a good reputation over the years. It was founded in 1990 as one of the first private companies in Bulgaria.
At the 23rd International Convention of BID in Madrid, 1998 Meridian 22 Ltd. was awarded the Golden Badge for its overall activity and high quality achievements in business, and the Platinum Badge in 1999.
Radka Stamenova was a research associate in Energoproekt, Sofia for many years. She has specialized in Imperial College, London and in the University of Leeds, UK. Apart from running a successful business, she is also an influential and highly respected member of Bulgarian society.
She is a member of the board of directors of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the National Chamber for Business Development, the National Association for Independent Education, the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training with the Council of Ministers, the Bulgarian-Italian Cooperation Forum and the Club of the Bulgarian Women-Entrepreneurs and Managers.
Radka Stamenova is a member of Rotary Club of Sofia. In 2000 she was selected Woman Manager of the year by the Ministry of Economics, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Nie Zhenite paper.
